The Moonlight Mini (0-15+ Months)
This package is designed for parents of a child any age who are looking for professional answers to their questions regarding their baby’s sleep. We will discuss the child’s daily routine, sleep habits, current sleep struggles and answer your questions.

The Newest Addition (0-4 Months)
This package is designed for new or expectant parents who want to build a healthy sleep foundation. During the consultation we will discuss a healthy sleep cycle and environment for a newborn, the 5 S’s for soothing a fussy baby, daily routines, wake windows, night time, and nutrition.

The Little Dreamer (5-15 Months)
This package is designed for parents who are ready for their baby to sleep through the night. During the consultation we will discuss your baby’s sleep environment, temperament, daily routine, wake windows, naps, and nutrition. I will suggest sleep training techniques that meet your individual family and child’s needs.

The Big Dreamer (15+ Months)
This package is designed for parents with a toddler who is struggling to sleep through the night. During the consultation we will discuss sleep environment, daily routine, and nap schedule. We will work through any of the common toddler sleep issues such as: sleep regressions, nap transitions, separation anxiety, fear of the dark, and transitioning out of the crib.

The Late Night (0-15+ Months)
This package is designed for parents who would like hands on assistance with soothing a fussy baby/child, the bedtime routine, and night wakings. We will evaluate their sleep environment and habits in person and discuss daily routines, wake windows, nutrition, and nap schedules. Hands on help with your little one will be provided as wanted by the parents.

The 30 Minute Follow Up Call
This package is designed for additional questions or help with a sleep regression. During the call we will discuss in detail your baby’s current sleep situation and offer adjustments as needed. This package can be purchased at any point in your baby’s sleep journey but can only be purchased if you have previously purchased one of the packages above.
